Posted March 17, 2018 06:06:00 The NHL has announced that it will be holding a pair of auctions on Friday, March 17 and Saturday, March 18.
The first auction will be held in Buffalo at the Buffalo Sabres Ice House on Friday.
Tickets are $35 and go on sale to the general public at 10:00 a.m. local time.
The second auction will take place in Las Vegas on Saturday.
Tickets will be $35 for general admission and $45 for VIP access.
Both auctions will take the form of a series of three-hour sessions, and the proceeds will be donated to charity.
The auction will feature a total of 15 antique glass pieces, including five gold and one silver coin from the 1920s, plus more than 100 pieces of antique furniture.
The NHL’s Buffalo Sabres will be the host for both auctions, and it is expected that all of the pieces will be sold by auction.
The first auction took place on March 13, 2019, when the Sabres were the only NHL team to win the Stanley Cup, and included a number of the team’s superstars, including Ryan O’Reilly and Phil Kessel.
The Sabres also played in the 2016 Stanley Cup Final.
In addition to winning the Stanley Cups, the Sabres also reached the 2016 Final with Connor McDavid, and also finished with a second straight championship.
