The furniture chain has been trying to buy out the antique china maker of the antique brass tables, chairs and sofas.
In April, the company sold the company to the Singapore-based Wansheng.
The deal is expected to close by the end of the year.
The chain has already made a profit of about $3.4 billion, and it has been profitable ever since it started selling antique chinese china at a time when prices for Chinese china goods were falling.
The chain had said that it will be profitable in the next three to five years.
It also announced that it had sold another antique furniture brand, the Baoan, to a Singapore company.
